1. The service

LiveFrame is a browser extension and advertising marketplace. The extension displays sponsored content on supported trading and prediction-market websites and credits you a share of the advertising revenue generated by verified impressions and clicks on your screen. LiveFrame is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any supported platform.

2. Eligibility and invites

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to receive payments in your jurisdiction. One account per person or operated agent; one payout address per account.

3. Earnings

Your revenue share is 50% of gross billed value for events attributed to your installation, rising to 55% after 7 consecutive active days and 60% after 30, plus any advertiser-funded bonuses (such as 2× rebate windows). An impression is verified only if the sponsored unit was visible for at least 3 seconds on a focused tab and passes server-side validation (deduplication, frequency caps, and fraud screening). Earnings accrue passively; no viewing or clicking is ever required or incentivized.

4. Settlement and payouts

Earnings settle monthly. Payouts are made in USDC to the payout address you provide, or as fee credits through platform partners where available. A minimum balance may apply. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your payout address and for any taxes on amounts you receive.

5. Fair play

Automated, simulated, or manipulated impressions; multiple accounts; tampering with the extension; or any activity intended to inflate earnings or distort advertiser data is prohibited. Flagged accounts stop accruing earnings pending review, and confirmed violations forfeit unsettled balances. Legitimate AI-agent trading is permitted; agent operators should verify a payout address with genuine trading history.

6. Privacy

See the Privacy Policy. In short: we collect ad-event data only; activity cohorts are computed on your device; we never collect browsing history, positions, balances, or require wallet connections.

7. Advertisers

Campaign balances are prepaid and drain per verified event at your bid rate (clicks at 25× the impression rate; scheduled rebate windows at the disclosed multiplier). All creative is subject to compliance review before serving and re-review on any change. Balances are refundable on request for unserved amounts, less processing costs. You are responsible for the legality of your creative and landing pages in the jurisdictions where they may be shown. LiveFrame may pause, remove, or refuse any campaign and suspend any account at its sole discretion, including for harmful, deceptive, or unlawful content; remaining balances on removed campaigns are refundable less amounts already spent.

LiveFrame provides no trading, investment, or financial advice. The service is provided "as is"; we may modify, suspend, or discontinue it (including supported sites) at any time. Our total liability to you is limited to amounts accrued and unpaid in your account.
